thewindowwatcher.com: I'm a New Yorker who has spent many years in the retail and visual merchandising Industry. What was once a creative and exciting enticement to bring traffic into stores has become dull and unimaginative. Over the past few years I have read countless articles about lack-luster retail sales figures, and lost market share.
